Air/Oil Separator Warranty
Air Engineering, Inc. continues to lead the air compressor parts industry by offering the best warranty in the industry, for all brands of Air / Oil Separators . ONE FULL YEAR or 8000 Hours, whichever occurs first.*** We not only promise that our Separators are the same quality as those from the compressor manufacturer, but that they are also the best value for your company. We are so confident in the quality of our Separators that we include in our Warranty, replacement of the LOSS OF COMPRESSOR LUBRICANT that may result in case of a defective Separator.
Air Engineering will warranty all Genuine Air Engineering Separator Elements to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of installation. This warranty covers the reasonable costs of customer's labor, for the replacement of any defective separator.* Air Engineering will supply the replacement separator and pay the shipping cost for the return of the defective separator.**
Air Engineering will supply REPLACEMENT LUBRICANT, in order to replenish any lubricant that was lost as a result of a defective Air Engineering Separator. In order to keep the amount of replacement lubricant to a reasonable amount, Air Engineering will limit the amount of replacement lubricant to 60% of the compressor's sump capacity.
* Air Engineering will issue a Credit, for the agreed upon amount, to cover the labor costs.
** Air Engineering will need the old separator returned so that it can be examined and tested.
*** Customer needs to use Genuine Air Engineering Lubricants in order to qualify for the One Year Warranty. This is to insure that the finest lubricants are used with the separator elements. Poor quality lubricant will adversely affect separator life. Otherwise, the standard Air Engineering warranty for air oil separators is 6 months or 4000 hours, which ever comes first. All other requirements shall apply.
In order to preserve the Air Engineering® warranty, the customer account with Air Engineering® must be paid in full, according to the agreed upon terms. Non-payment of the account will reduce the warranty period to 30 days.
