Air Engineering continues to lead the replacement parts industry by offering the best warranty in the business. ONE FULL YEAR or 8000 Hours, whichever occurs first.
• Air Engineering® warrants that Air Engineering® High Performance Parts will be free of defects in materials and workmanship.
• Air Engineering® warrants that you will be 100% satisfied with the performance of Air Engineering® High Performance Parts so long as the product was used in accordance with the operating instructions of the manufacturer of the equipment, including preventive maintenance tasks.
• Air Engineering® warrants that Air Engineering® High Performance Parts will be completely compatible with your compressor(s) and will perform as originally designed.
• Air Engineering® warrants that Air Engineering® High Performance Parts will meet all applicable performance specifications and criteria for the particular type of part.
IF IT IS NOT RIGHT, WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT.
In the event that an Air Engineering® part is found to be defective, please notify Air Engineering® as soon as possible so that we can take steps to replace the part. Air Engineering® will replace or repair the part in question and compensate you for reasonable labor charges incurred for your employees to change out the defective part. Air Engineering® will issue a Credit, for the agreed upon amount, to cover such labor costs.

• Any defective product needs to be returned, at our cost, to the above address. Call us to arrange for return shipping.
In order to preserve the Air Engineering® warranty, the customer account with Air Engineering® must be paid in full, according to the agreed upon terms. Non-payment of the account will reduce the warranty period to 30 days.
This warranty does not (and should not be expected to) cover issues related to misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear. It is a fact that some parts are not designed to last for one year. If the part is defective, we will take care of it.
Air Engineering® will not be (and should not be) liable for consequential, incidental damages, or punitive damages
